Movement As Medicine

Human bodies are prone to mechanical problems which may lead to ACHES and PAINS.
The Body’s intelligence seeks for and supports The Body’s Healing. With a deep emphasis on form and function of the body, I aim to help you build the connections in your body so that you can continue doing what you love to do. It doesn’t matter if you run, hike, spin, lift, golf, or simply enjoy movement; my goal is to help you build the strength, alignment and connection, enabling a lifetime of being and acting effectively, and pain-free.
